Nottingham Forest have been docked 4 points for breaching EPL profit and sustainability rules.
The points deduction puts the club below Luton Town into the relegation zone.
They are the 2nd Premier League side to be penalized for PSR breaches after Everton were deducted 10 points in the past year, but the penalty was dropped to 6 after the Toffees appeal.
Nottingham, who probably will appeal the ruling, had a hearing at the beginning of the month.

Teams in the league can lose 105 million pounds over 3 campaigns – 35 million pounds per season – but because Nottingham spent 2 years of the assessment period in the 2nd tier of English football, their maximum loss was only permitted to be 61 million pounds.
Premier League rules state any appeals process must “conclude no later than and if possible some time before 24 May”, 5 days after the end of the campaign.
At the beginning of the year, EPL confirmed that both Everton and Nottingham Forest have breached the league’s rules.
