The quarterback shared that his time in the college football is over.

Florida State QB Jordan Travis today announced that he is out for the campaign after suffering a lower left leg injury vs. North Alabama two days ago.

Travis used social media to thank everyone who wished him the best after sustaining the injury. Travis was tackled at the end of a run, and his left leg bent awkwardly underneath him. He was carted off and driven to the hospital.

“I have been fortunate to receive amazing support from my teammates, managers, the Florida State community, and all the fans from different countries,” the quarterback published. “Although the injury … marks the end of my Florida State and college career, the unforgettable moments created here at FSU will stay with me forever.”

Travis helped bring Seminole back to the elite level of college football.
