The Catalan side will share more information on his recovery plan after the surgery. Still, Gavi is expected to miss the rest of the season and is doubtful for the upcoming Euro 2024 and the Olympic Games in France in the summer.
Spain international was forced off midway through the 1st half of Spain’s 3-1 victory against Georgia after landing awkwardly when controlling the ball moments after a collision with an opposition player.
Spain manager Luis de la Fuente shared that the incident with Lochoshvili was unrelated to Gavi’s ACL injury.
Be strong, Gavi ❤️🩹#EveryoneWithGavi pic.twitter.com/H0DiqGyKq2
