Man. City’s Erling Haaland is doubtful for his side’s upcoming EPL match tomorrow with a foot problem, admitted head coach Pep Guardiola, who still believes that the forward can travel with his teammates to the Club World Cup in Saudi Arabia.
“I don’t think Erling will be on the pitch tomorrow,” Pep shared with the media ahead of the visit of Crystal Palace. “But maybe surprisingly, the medical staff shares new information with me later, but I don’t think so.”
Norway International missed last weekend’s 2-1 victory against Luton Town with what his manager labeled as a stressful reaction. He did not travel to Serbia for a 3-2 victory vs. Red Star in the UCL two days ago.
Pep added that Haaland had treatment away from the city and returned today to Manchester.
“Erling will see the doctors, they will see him, and then we will have more information,” the Sky Blues boss claimed.
