The Polish triumphed in the 1st set 6-3 after converting 1 break point from 3 opportunities. His Russian opponent doesn’t have any chances to break his serve.
However, in the 2nd set, Hubert was the one without break chances, and Rublev needed only 1, and he converted it to win the set 6-3.

In the final set, the 2 players had a single chance each for a break but both of them missed it, and the trophy was decided after a tiebreak. After a very dramatic tiebreak, in the end, Hurkacz won it 10-8 points to win the Masters 1000 as the 16th seed at the tournament.
