Manchester United’s 4-match winning streak in the league ended.

The Red Devils’ 4-clash triumphing run in the Premier League ended in the worst way possible as they were defeated 2-1 by Fulham, as the London side ended their 18-game winless run vs. Manchester United and earned their 1st win at Old Trafford since 2003.

The London team played better in the 1st half as Alex Iwobi wasted 2 perfect chances to secure the lead for Fulham.

However, Fulham took the lead in the 65th minute when Calvin Bassey scored after Timothy Castagne’s assist. Despite that, it seemed that Man United would not lose the match as Harry Maguire scored a rebound in the 89th minute.

The referee gave 9 minutes of extra time, and Man United seemed like the team that could score. Still, after a counterattack, Adama Traore, with his speed, provided a perfect pass to Alex Iwobi as the Nigerian redeemed himself for the missed chances in the 1st 45 minutes of the clash and scored the winning goal at Old Trafford.

Manchester United are 6th with 44 points after 26 games – 8 points behind 4th Aston Villa and 4th points behind 5th Tottenham.

Fulham are 12th with 32 points after 26 matches as that was the London’s side 2nd victory in last 3 games in the league.
