Domantas Sabonis posted yet another double-double, finishing with 14 points, 15 rebounds and eight assists for Sacramento, who won their third straight.
The Kings, who are third in the West, beat the Los Angeles Clippers 176-175 in two overtimes on Friday night in the second highest-scoring game in NBA history. They followed it by shooting 52.9% from the field against the Thunder.
Sacramento (35-25) hasn’t made the playoffs since 2005-06. It’s the longest postseason drought in major professional sports.
Isaiah Joe scored 24 points and Lu Dort and Josh Giddey each added 18 for Oklahoma City.
The Thunder have lost all three of their games since the All-Star break – its longest skid since losing five in a row in mid-December.
Oklahoma City’s Shai Gilgeous-Alexander sat out with right ankle soreness and an abdominal strain. The All-Star leads the Thunder with 31 points per game — fifth-most in the league heading into the night.
“Us looking at tonight and what we had and realizing that we want him available tonight without any G League minutes in the day,” Thunder coach Mark Daigneault said.
The two teams play again Tuesday in Oklahoma City.
