With the LA Lakers wanting some momentum on their 4-match road trip that included a gut-punch defeat after a half-court buzzer-beater by the Chicago Bulls, the organization’s boss JJ Redick gathered LeBron James, Luka Doncic, and Austin Reaves in the morning before the match against Memphis.
“I wanted them to compete better than they did against the Bulls and to be more creative,” the Los Angeles head coach revealed.
LeBron, Luka, and Austin answered with combined 95 points and 25 assists in the Lakers’ 134-127 victory against the Grizzlies. The 3 were part of 120 of the points for the win.
“Our attack was phenomenal and at our highest level so far,” JJ claimed.
