"He does great under pressure", Norris said
McLaren’s driver Lando Norris has heaped praise on his new teammate Oscar Piastri. The Australian took his first F1 points in his home Grand Prix last Sunday, finishing inside the top 10 at 8 position.
“He’s doing a great job. I feel weird talking, like the older and more experienced one,” Lando joked, because he is only one year older than Piastri.
“He does great under pressure. I think that’s a very strong trait I see in him. He’s calm and quick. He puts more pressure on me than others in recent years, which is also good for the team. From 16 came eighth, so well done, a good day for him too,” added Norris.
