Liverpool leaves Tottenham nightmare behind with 2-0 win in Europe

Liverpool got an economic 2-0 win over Royal Union in their Europa League group stage game and the English side managed to get their path back on winning tracks after the controversial Tottenham clash in the Premier League this past weekend.

The three points for Jurgen Klopp’s side mean they are now at the top of their group with six points ahead of Toulouse with 4.

The first goal of the night came right at the brink of half time when Ryan Gravenberch collected the ball from Trent Alexander-Arnold’s shot and got it into the back of the net. The second goal was scored by Diogo Jota in the added time to secure the three points.
