The Red Devils secured a crucial victory against the Blues.

Manchester United defeated Chelsea 2-1 at their stadium in a game with 2 red cards, as the victory can be pivotal for Ruben Amorim, who will win some more time as the head coach of the Red Devils.

The most crucial moment in the match came in the 5th minute when Robert Sanchez received a red card for a tackle and left his team with 10 players on the pitch.

The Red Devils took control with 1 more player on the pitch and opened the score in the 14th minute when Patrick Dorgu found Bruno Fernandes, and the captain of Man United scored. His goal was reviewed for an offside, but after a few minutes, the decision was to stand.

In the 37th minute, Harry Maguire’s header found the head of Casemiro, and the Brazilian scored to give the home side lead 2 goals.

However, the Brazilian became from hero to villain several minutes later when he received 2nd yellow card and was also sent off.

In the 80th minute, Reece James’ cross found Trevoh Chalobah, and he scored to make the Blues trail only a single goal before the final minutes of the clash. However, the Blues failed to score at least one more time and will travel back to London after losing to the Red Devils.
