In the extra time of the 1st half, the Black Cats thought that they got a penalty, but after VAR review, the referee changed his decision and the away side’s penalty was denied.
In the 2nd half, Manchester United controlled the tempo and didn’t took any risks as in the end won the 3 points and secured more time for their manager.
