The Red Devils climbed to 6th place after their victory against the Hammers.

Manchester United won against West Ham United 3-0 at Old Trafford, and with its 2nd straight win in the Premier League, the club is now in the 6th place with 2 more points than their opponent as that was the Hammers 1st defeat in their last 7 matches in the league.

Rasmus Hojlund scored the opening goal in the match after a fantastic shot outside the penalty area in the 23rd minute as the assist gave Casemiro.

Alejandro Garnacho doubled the Red Devils lead in the 49th minute after Bruno Fernandes’ assist.

The unfortunate news from the match for Erik ten Hag’s side came in the 71st minute when Lisandro Martinez left injured and Raphael Varane replaced him.

Garnacho, with his 2nd goal in the match in the 82nd minute, made it 3-0.

After today’s victory, Man Utd are 6 points behind 5th Tottenham and 8 points behind 4th Aston Villa.
