Manchester City continue their winning streak in the Premier League, beating Nottingham Forest 2-0 at Etihad, bumping their record to 6 wins out of 6 games.
The Citizens didn’t gave any problems to secure the three points, but lost one of their best players – Rodri, as the Spaniard got a red card for getting into a fight with an opponent.
City started off on a high note and scored in the 7 minute. Kyle Walker displayed a great vision and found Phil Foden into the penalty box, who kept his composer and opened the scoring.

Just seven minutes later the home side got their second goal. Erling Haaland received a clever lofted pass from Nunes and easily beat the keeper.

Right after the start of the second half both sides of players got into a rumble and Rodri put both his hands on an Morgan Gibbs-White’s neck, which brought him a straight red card, which means that he will miss the upcoming derby against Arsenal on October 8th.
