The match is being labeled as “The Last Dance” as it is likely to be the final meeting between the two greatest players of this generation.
No date has been set yet – the only thing that is certain is that is played in February in Saudi Arabia.
The two have enjoyed a glorious rivalry over the years filled with memorable moments and tons of silverware.
They were at the heart of the two biggest clubs in football – Barcelona and Real Madrid – and shared a trophy-laden spell between 2009 and 2018.
Ronaldo joined Saudi’s side in January 2023 after a bitter split with Manchester United, while Messi opted to join the MLS in June after a lacklustre stint at PSG.
