Rossoneri triumphed against the Violets in Florence.

AC Milan defeated Fiorentina 2-1 at Stadio Artemio Franchi as that was 4th straight victory in the league for Rossoneri.

The best chance in the 1st half for a goal came late when Rafael Leao assisted Olivier Giroud inside the box, but the French forward shot was not good.

However, after only 2 minutes into the 2nd half, Ruben Loftus-Cheek received the ball inside the box and the English player scored the 1st goal in the match to give Milan 1-0 lead.

However, Fiorentina needed only 3 minutes to tie the game, as Alfred Duncan netted in the 50th minute.

Rossoneri also needed 3 minutes to get the lead back as Milan’s superstar Rafael Leao had a great solo run and beat the Violets goalkeeper and scored into the bottom right corner to give the away side another lead that they kept until the end and left Florence with the 3 points.

Fiorentina are in 10th place with 43 points after 29 games as the Violets are without a victory in the last 3 league matches, while Milan are in 2nd place with 65 points after 30 matches – 6 more points than 3rd Juventus.
