The Magpies humiliated the Red Devils and eliminated them from the EFL Cup.

Newcastle won against Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford in a matchup from the 1/8 finals of the EFL Cup. A few days ago, ten Hag’s side suffered another humiliation at their stadium as Manchester City won the derby 3-0 in a game from the Premier League.

Lewis Hall doubled the visiting team’s lead with his goal in the 36^th minute as the Magpies finished the 1^st half with a 2-goal lead.

Joe Willock scored after a fantastic shot in the 60^th minute to make it 3-0 for the Magpies after Joelinton’s assist and sent the home team fans home earlier as, at this point, it became clear that the Red Devils will lose and will be eliminated from the EFL Cup.
