However, despite problems with more injuries for the Magpies, Valentino Livramento was replaced by Miguel Almiron in the 56th minute because of an injury, and Almiron himself was replaced 11 minutes later as he also sustained an injury.
Alexander Isak converted another penalty in the 77th minute to make his team trail only 1 goal, and Harvey Barnes tied the match 3-3 in the 83rd minute.
Harvey Barnes scored another goal in the 90th minute to secure the phenomenal comeback victory for Newcastle. Anthony Gordon was sent off in the extra time because of 2nd yellow card for a delay of game but the Magpies held the lead even with 10 players on the pitch.
