Roger Goodell talked about the halftime show and the drama in the last few months after it was announced that the Puerto Rican artist would be the headliner at the show.
“That is our decision, and we will not change that,” shared Goodell. “In my history as commissioner of the NFL, I don’t remember a single time that we picked some performer that nobody criticized and all the people were happy. The drama with the current president of the USA is that Bad Bunny publicly spoke against Trump, and that led to Donald being unhappy when it was announced that he would be the headliner during the Super Bowl halftime show.
The Puerto Rican sings in Spanish, and it is believed that he will perform in that language during Super Bowl LX on February 8th at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
