Manchester United succumbed to yet another shocking defeat, this time to Nottingham Forest 2-1 away from home on Saturday night.
The Red Devils just came off a fabulous comeback win against Aston Villa at Old Trafford, but the enthusiasm following Sir Jim Ratcliffe seems to have washed away.
Erik Tan Hag’s men were once again a mere shadow of themselves and failed to live up to the expectations.
WHAT A WAY TO END 2023!

After a goalless first half the hosts found themselves ahead through Nicolas Dominguez in the 64th minute.
United did respond thanks to Marcus Rashford’s strike, only his third goal of the season, but their joy was short lived as Forest edged ahead only 4 minutes later through Morgan Gibbs-White.
Victory means a great deal for newly appointed manager Nuno Espirito Santo as it puts his side well above the drop zone. The loss for United, their 9th of the season, keeps them grounded in 7th and further underlines the miserable campaign they are enduring.
