Official: Nottingham Forest hire Nuno Espírito Santo

Nottingham hired the ex-Wolverhampton and Spurs boss after parting ways with Steve after a bad period of 5 losses in 6 matches, as the side is only 1 place ahead of the relegation zone in the standings.

“Nuno joins the Forest on a 2-and-a-half-year deal and will take charge of his 1^st game on Saturday when our side play against Bournemouth at The City Ground,” Nottingham shared on social media.

Espírito Santo led the Wolves for 4 years and secured the team’s promotion to the Premier League in his debut campaign with Wolverhampton in 2018. Then, he led Tottenham briefly before being replaced by Antonio Conte.
