The Dutch player has joined the Bundesliga club until the end of the campaign.
The German team will play the club from Old Trafford for a minimal loan fee and cover almost the whole salary of its new player. The deal features a buy option for 12 million dollars plus 3.5 million dollars in add-ons.
Van de Beek’s career went downhill after the Red Devils paid 50 million dollars to Ajax for him in 2020.
Donny has appeared in only 2 matches this campaign and has played 12 games for the Red Devils in all tournaments since the beginning of the 2022-23 season.
The midfielder spent the 2nd half of the 2021-22 campaign on loan at the Toffees but played only 7 games for Everton.
