Pedri’s ex-teammates Leo Messi, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba are already in Major League Soccer as they all inked with Inter Miami.
The Spaniard’s deal with Barcelona will expire in the summer of 2026.
ESPN’s reporter asked the Spain international what he thinks about the MLS and if he is considering competing in the future in the USA’s soccer league. Pedri answered positively and shared that he watches MLS games.
“You can do many things. The cities here are exceptional, piques my interest to come over here. But there’s much time before deciding on that.”
The Argentinian superstar Lionel Messi thought about returning to the Catalan club after his PSG contract expired. Still, in the end, Leo preferred to sign with Inter Miami and play in the MLS.
