The previous franchise record was 149 points, achieved in an overtime victory against the Sacramento Kings on October 19, 2018.
Herbert Jones contributed 22 points, Brandon Ingram had 18, Jonas Valančiūnas recorded a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while Zion Williamson scored 17 points and made 11 assists for the Pelicans. This performance also marked another franchise record with 41 assists in a single game.
For the Jazz, Colin Sexton scored 22 points as they suffered their third consecutive loss after a six-game winning streak.
