Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead started his end-of-campaign conference with an unprompted endorsement of DC Raheem Morris, who is interviewing for head coaching positions.
Here is Les Snead’s 3-minute monologue on Raheem Morris’ qualifications to be hired as a head coach during this cycle

Raheem, who has been the franchise’s defensive coordinator in the last 3 campaigns, has been a manager 2 times in the past, with the Tampa Bay Bucs from 2009 to 2011 and as the Atlanta Falcons’ interim manager in 2020.
Before beginning his exchange with the reporters, the Rams GM shared he wanted to say a few words about Morris as he knows that his defensive coordinator is interviewing for just about every head-coaching job in the league at the moment.
Raheem spoke or soon will be interviewed by the Panthers, Commanders, Seahawks, Chargers, and Falcons. In the past campaign, the defensive coordinator interviewed the Colts for their head coach position.
Snead claimed that the most important thing about Morris is that he is a great human being.
