Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni will miss the Champions League final due to a foot injury and is a potential doubt for Euro 2024.
The 24-year-old sustained a stress fracture in his foot during the semi-final second leg victory over Bayern Munich earlier in May. This injury rules him out of the La Liga champions’ showdown against Borussia Dortmund at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, 1 June.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti commented on Tchouameni’s condition: “He is doing individual work but he is not ready for the final. Let’s see if he’s ready for the Euros.”
