The Wolves have a comfortable advance before the 2nd leg in England.

AS Roma humiliated Brighton 4-0 at Stadio Olimpico as the strong performance of the Wolves continues after Daniele De Rossi replaced Jose Mourinho, and the Italian club started playing attacking and beautiful football – contrary to what they did under Mourinho.

Leandro Paredes provided a phenomenal assist in the 13th minute to Paulo Dybala that left the Argentinian alone against the Seagulls’ goalkeeper, and he scored the 1st goal in the match.

The English team defender made a huge mistake near the end of the 1st half, and Romelu Lukaku secured the ball, went inside the penalty area, and netted to double his team’s lead in the 43rd minute.

The Seagulls had a few chances during the 1st 45 minutes but Roma’s goalkeeper Svilar saved them all.

In the 64th minute, Gianluca Mancini netted after a phenomenal lofted pass from Stephan El Shaarawy to make the home side lead by 3 goals.

Only 4 minutes later, AS Roma lead became 4 goals Bryan Cristante headed the ball into the Brighton’s net after brilliant assist from Stephan El Shaarawy.

That victory means that the Seagulls would need a miracle in the 2nd leg to eliminate the Wolves from the 1/8 finals of the Europa League and advance to the round of 8.
