Rublev’s triumph sets him up as the favorite to secure his second title of the year, marking a significant milestone in his career. With this victory, he also narrows the gap in his head-to-head record against Fritz, boasting four wins to five losses.
In the final, Rublev will face Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, who went through after just six games against Jiri Lehecka, who had to retire after picking up an injury and leaving the court visibly upset.
