The tennis player from Kazakhstan broke her opponent’s serve twice and lost the 1st set 6-2. Ostapenko broke Rybakina’s serve in the 2nd set, but Elena again converted 2 break points and won 6-4 the second set and the match. In her previous game, Elena eliminated world number 1 Iga Swiatek after the Polish player retired because of an injury in the 3rd set.
