They headline the players that are headed for salary arbitration.

Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Ilya Samsonov and Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman are part of 22 National Hockey League players registered for salary arbitration.

Salary arbitration hearings will start on July 20th and continue until August 4th, as concrete dates for each player have yet to be shared. Players can still re-ink with their franchises before their hearing to avoid arbitration.

Samsonov inked a 1-year, 1.8 million dollar contract with Toronto in the summer of last year after the Capitals declined to qualify him.

Swayman finished his 2nd full campaign in the league as he had to share the net with the 2023 Vezina Trophy champ Linus Ullmark.

Franchises can still file for arbitration with their eligible players, as they have less than 24 hours to do that.
