Mark Stoops claims he is staying at Kentucky after headlines in the past few days that he is considering becoming Texas A&M manager.
Stoops, who is in his 11th campaign at Kentucky, took to social media to deny the rumors today, less than a day after the Wildcats’ 38-31 upset win against number 10 Louisville.
Mark Stoops will NOT be the coach at Texas A&M after reports claimed he was nearing locking down the deal.
Saturday night was full of chaos, and Stoops broke his silence shortly after midnight.

Mark didn’t mention Texas A&M, but he shared that he was contacted with a job offer from a different program in the last few days.
“I read the speculation about me and my managerial position at Kentucky in the last 48 hours. I won’t lie, I was contacted with a job offer, but after celebrating a big victory vs. our rivals with players I love like family, I realized that my place is here and want to remain at my current position…”
