Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag was satisfied with the 2-1 win in the Chelsea derby. The Red Devils played one of their strongest games of the season, missing a number of chances, including a missed penalty from Bruno Fernandes. Asked if with this success, the team comes out of the crisis, the coach denied that there was such a thing.
“Crisis? Not with us. We have taken one path, we keep calm and believe in the process. We know we are in the process of building and we are not affected by the criticism around us. I am not interested in this side noise. When we are united , we show the right attitude, it turns out to be a good game and we win points. You saw how we won – we dominated the opponent and controlled the ball. That’s exactly how I want us to play,” said Ten Hag.

The Red Devils took 28 shots in the game, 9 of them on target, but scored just twice. The Dutchman is not worried about this fact.
“The important thing is that we won, but we could have made our lives easier. We could have scored three goals in the first 30 minutes. We are not too happy because we always want to perform better and do things right. But I am very satisfied with the amount of chances we created”, he added.
