The Man. United's head coach is proud of his team's comeback after the awful beginning of the game.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag praised his side for their character after the shocking start to triumph 3-2 vs. Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford in a matchup from the Premier League today.

The Red Devils were 2-0 down, and in disbelief, after the first 5 minutes of the game, Taiwo Awoniyi and Willy Boly netted for Nottingham.

Christian Eriksen scored for Manchester United before the end of the 1st half. After the break, Casemiro’s goal and a Bruno Fernandes converted penalty secured the win for the home team.

“It’s very unprofessional to start giving them 2 goals and making mistakes, but I’m very happy that in the end, we won,” Manchester United’s head coach shared with the media after the clash. “The leadership, how we didn’t panic after the horror start, stick to the plan, belief, and turnaround.

“We played very well; out of the plan, principles, and rules, we netted great goals.”
