The London team have been in hot pursuit for the youngster’s signature and have competed with Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea, who have also been attracted by the 16-year-old’s potential.
However, the teenager won’t be able to join Spurs until 2025.
Vuskovic made his debut at just 15 years of age and became Hajduk’s youngest ever goalscorer days after he turned sixteen.
It is a 5-year-deal, which kicks in from 2025 and ties the player with the club until 2030.
“We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement for Luka Vuskovic to join the Club in 2025 from Hajduk Split, in a deal which will run until 2030,” the club said in a statement.
