Tottenham defeat Everton 2-1 to return to top 4

Tottenham won against Everton 2-1 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the London side is back in the top 4 in the EPL.

The match started fantastic for the home side as Richarlison netted in the 9^th minute after Brennan Johnson’s assist. Spurs captain Son Heung-Min doubled the lead in the 18^th minute as that’s how the 1^st half finished.

However, Everton returned in the match after Andre Gomes scored in the 82^nd minute to make his team trail only 1 goal. Despite that, Tottenham could keep its lead and win the 3 points at home.
