Max returned to the winning ways in Japan.

Max Verstappen won the Japanese GP today ahead of his teammate Sergio Perez and Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz.

Fourteen days on from the brake fire that stopped him at the Australian GP, and Carlos won the race, the Dutch was phenomenal again and left no chance to his opponents in the Asian country.

Max shared after the victory that this was a fantastic race to his team and that his car performed better throughout the race.

The Dutch triumphed almost 13 seconds ahead of his Red Bull teammate and even more than his Ferrari’s competitor and now Max is 13 points at the top in the standings after just 4 starts as he triumphed in 3 of them.

Carlos continued his elite performance since the beginning of 2024 compared to what he did in the past season and secured his 3rd podium in 4 races.

Perez admitted after the race at Suzuka International Racing Course that it was a phenomenal weekend for Red Bull and that he is happy with the double victory.

Sainz, his teammate Leclerc, and McLaren’s Norris fought for the 3rd place as Carlos won at the end.
