Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced the appointment of Gary O’Neill as their new manager.
He will replace Julen Lopetegui in the position as the Spanish specialist left the club just couple of days before the start of the new Premier League season.
O’Neill’s last job was at Bournemouth as the 40-year-old specialist left them in June this year.
Gary O’Neil has been appointed as our new head coach.
Welcome to the club, Gary 🤝

In the first round of the new season of the English championship, Wolverhampton will have a serious test, playing Manchester United. The game will take place on August 14. Wolverhampton managed to save their spot in the English top flight last season, which was Lopetegui’s main goal, but he left because of disputes with the directors towards the transfer strategy.
