Caitlin’s contract with Nike was inked in 2022 during her college days, and it expired after the end of the 2023-24 college campaign.
The new contract would be the richest sponsorship contract for a woman basketballer.
She has other offers on the table, as Under Armour wanted to ink her for 16 million dollars over 4 years, while Adidas offered only 6 million dollars for the same period of time. The 1st WNBA draft pick earned about 3 million dollars in NIL money at Iowa after various contracts with one of the most famous brands in the USA.
In comparison, her salary in her debut season in the WNBA with Indiana Fever will be 76,000 dollars.
