Phoenix Suns guard Chris Paul keeps on ascending the NBA all-time steals list as he is now into the third place after notching four steals Thursday against the LA Clippers.
With this display, he surpassed Naismith Basketball Hall of Famer Michael Jordan with 2 514.
Since 2005, when Paul was drafted, he has had a knack for taking the ball away. He has averaged two or more steals per game in 10 of his 18 years in the NBA. That was one of the main reasons Suns acquired him in 2020 and have been so successful since then.

Now that Paul is third on the all-time steals list he’s got to chase Jason Kidd with 2 684 steals and the all-time great in this category – John Stockton, who has the impressive 3 265 steals.
