Liverpool hand Spurs 4th straight EPL defeat with 4-2 at Anfield

Liverpool humiliated Tottenham 4-2 at Anfield as Klopp’s side returned to winning ways and handed the London team 4^th consecutive Premier League defeat. Liverpool lost only 2 of their last 32 games against Tottenham at Anfield.

Mohamed Salah scored the opening goal in the 16^th minute after Cody Gakpo’s assist as Andrew Robertson doubled the Reds lead before halftime in the 45^th minute.

Cody Gakpo netted only 5 minutes into the 2^nd half to make it 3-0 in the 50^th minute after Harvey Elliott’s assist as Elliott himself scored fantastic goal in the 59^th minute as Salah provided the assist.

Richarlison scored the 1^st goal in the match for Spurs in the 72^nd minute as Tottenham captain Heung-Min Son netted for 4-2 in the 77^th minute after Richarlison’s assist but it was too little too late for the North London team to comeback and that was the final result in the match.
