The Sky Blues are hopeful about the midfielder's fitness for the crucial match.

Manchester City believe that Kevin De Bruyne will be fit for the end of the weekend’s huge EPL game against Arsenal.

Kevin missed the FA Cup ¼ final victory against Newcastle because of a groin problem, with the injury also ruling him out of his country’s friendlies vs. Ireland and England.

But the club is optimistic that the superstar will be available for selection vs. the Gunners after practicing with the Under-23s squad yesterday. Jack Grealish, who also missed international break because of an injury, also trained with the Sky Blues young team.

The medical team will continue to look for the condition of De Bruyne, but it expected that he will train with the 1st team tomorrow.

Most of the Sky Blues’ international footballers are due back at the team by the end of the week, as Guardiola’s side will welcome Arsenal on Sunday at Etihad as the Sky Blues are 1 point behind the Gunners.
