Kimmich contract expires in the summer of 2025 and many top teams across Europe have shown interest in the midfielder.
The 28-year-old put a pen to pepper in 2021, but is yet to extend his contract, which has led to speculations he may be set for departure this summer as Bayern would still pretty much like to get a fee for him.
According to reports, the two bitter rivals are in pole position for Kimmich’s signature.
Kimmich has remained a permanent fixture in the Bayern team when he has been available this season. He has started all 11 of his appearances in the league, with his only absences coming through suspension and illness.
