Both defenders sustained injuries in the Red Devils’ 4-3 EPL defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the past week, as Erik ten Hag can’t also count on Lisandro Martínez and Victor Lindelof.
Raphael (30) is expecting to be on the pitch before the end of the campaign and Evans is expected to return sooner.
Man United, 6th in the Premier League, has been suffering from injuries to key defenders this campaign.
Luke Shaw also will not be able to return in the upcoming weeks. Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka also missed a lot of matches during the campaign, and Tyrell Malacia hasn’t played for the team from Old Trafford since undergoing a knee procedure in 2023.
