The Egyptian has been an object of interest from Trabzonaspor and Besiktas and the Gunners are looking to offload him.
The 31-year-old has fallen drastically in the pecking order under Mikel Arteta and has made only one appearance this campaign
He joined Arsenal back in 2015 and has made 159 appearances in total, scoring six times.
Elneny previously spent the 2019-20 on loan in Turkey with Besiktas, where he made 36 appearances in the entire season.
Last February, the 31-year-old signed a one year extension and vowed to give everything to help the Gunners achieve their goals.
“I’m so happy, I love this club and our supporters so much and I’ll give everything to help us be the best we can be, every day I’m here.” he said back then.
