Novak Djokovic admitted he is dealing with a number of physical issues after seeing off Spain’s Alejandro Davidovic Fokina 7-6(4), 7-6(5), 6-2 to reach the fourth round of the Roland Garros for the 14th consecutive year.
The match lasted three hours and 36 minutes, and when asked about the medical timeout he took, Djokovic said: “We don’t have enough time to list all my injuries because the list is quite long. I keep playing. These are the circumstances I have to deal with. I accept it. Sometimes it takes help from a physical therapist during games, and sometimes it takes pills. Other times it takes help from God or the angels, whatever.”

“The reality for me right now is that my body is reacting differently compared to a few years ago. But I was able to finish the match,” added the Serbian.
