Postecoglou reveals he doesn’t expect new signings

Spurs head coach Ange Postecoglou, in his message to the ‘angry’ supporters of the team: “I will talk to all the fans of Tottenham because I represent all of them, not just the angry that you asked me about.

We are doing everything in our power to turn things in our favor. We know the situation, and it’s up to us to show a different face in the 2^nd half of the campaign and to make it a successful campaign.”

Ange was asked about the transfers of the team and whether he feels he has received enough backing during the winter transfer window: “Everyone is trying their best. In my opinion, no one is working against me. The board’s purpose is not for me to fail. My main goal is to do everything I can with the group of players I work with right now as I’m preparing the club for a massive match tomorrow.”

Postecoglou added that signing new players in January is not imminent, but that doesn’t mean that the board doesn’t work even at the moment to see if they can ink some footballers who can make the team better in the long term.
