The clash is set for July 20 and will be streamed on Netflix

Some of the rules for the upcoming showdown between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul on July 20 were revealed by “USA Today.”

The 27-year-old YouTuber and the 57-year-old knockout artist will face off in the ring at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with the bout airing on the Netflix platform. Both fighters will be required to use 16-ounce gloves instead of the usual 10-ounce gloves seen in professional boxing matches.

Rounds will be two minutes long and will not be judged by official referees, making the match exhibition-style. If a decision is necessary, it will be left to the discretion of the referee in the ring.

Jake Paul promised in an interview that neither he nor Iron Mike will be wearing headgear during the bout. Additionally, mandatory EEG and EKG tests are among the conditions for the boxing duel to assess the participants’ heart and brain function.
