The Ukrainian claimed it is a matter of 'when', not 'if' he defeats the Gypsy King

Oleksandr Usyk expressed his full confidence he will be the one to emerge victorious against Tyson Fury in their upcoming heavyweight fight in 2024.

The two will finally meet face-to-face for all four belt and the match is scheduled for February 17 in Saudi Arabia. With less than 8 weeks away, Usyk couldn’t hide his excitement as he already tastes the smell of success.

“Firstly, it’s not “if” I win but “when” I win,” Usyk said.

“When I go to sleep I imagine myself boxing, then my hand raised high. I simply believe that I can win.”

Usually, Fury is the one famous for getting into a psychological mind games before the fight, trying to offset his opponents’ calmness. But Usyk has claimed that he is definitely the one with the upper hand so far.

“I got into his head and now instead of me, he thinks about a rabbit. Keep thinking, brother,” Usyk added.
