Ex-Saudi Arabia and Al-Hilal goalkeeper Mohamed Al-Deayea has dismissed Cristiano Ronaldo’s latest hattrick for Al-Nassr by sharing the superstar relies heavily on his team-mates for tap-ins. Instead, the goalkeeper thinks fellow Portugal international Joao Felix was the most important player on the pitch for the 5-3 victory against Al-Kholood.
Cristiano scored a 2nd-half hattrick inside 15 minutes while Joao ended the game with 4 assists. Ronaldo scored his goals in the 66th, 72nd and 81st minutes. That was his 7th hattrick for Al-Nassr and the 67th in his career.
The Portuguese forward used social media to celebrate the victory and his goals: “Great victory, great performance from all players on the pitch. Happy to help with a hattrick!”
Ronaldo has now scored 985 goals in his career and is only 15 away from reaching the 1,000 landmark.
