Christian Horner has received a special CBE in King Charles III’s New Year Honours List for his services to motorsport.
Horner has been at the helm of Red Bull ever since its introduction to Formula 1 back in 2005 and has enjoyed a highly successful career, winning 6 Constructors Championship, 113 race victories and 264 podium finishes.

The 50-year-old was previously appointed Officer of the British Empire in 2013 on the back of the team’s four consecutive titles from 2010 to 2013.
“It was an unexpected distinction a decade ago to be presented with an OBE and to receive this second award, a CBE, is one for which I am hugely grateful and deeply honoured.” Horner said.
“It is a great privilege to lead and work alongside such a phenomenal team as Oracle Red Bull Racing and also to work in an industry that contributes so much to the United Kingdom’s economy.”
